We’ve pissed off a few people in our day, that’s for sure. While we can’t fault email gone awry in all instances, miscommunication in text-based communication has certainly touched each of us at Lymbix.
We founded the company in 2009 with the idea of mastering tone within the inbox (see: ToneCheck), and have since evolved that thinking to encompass all text-based interaction including social media and beyond. We learned the hard way that opinion and passion can easily be misunderstood and set out to find the best way to conquer it.
Current sentiment analysis just couldn’t cut it, so we built our own engine from the ground up. A bold move, but here we are 2 years later and our sentiment intelligence is being used to add amazing insights to some pretty kick-ass products.
